據中國移動機器人（AGV/AMR）產業聯盟、新戰略移動機器人產業研究所統計數據顯示，中國工業應用移動機器人（AGV/AMR）產品銷量從2016年的11300臺增長至2020年的41000臺，年均復合增長率高達38%。市場規模也從2016年的19億元增長至2020年的76.8億元，復合增速高達41.8%。

從整體看，2021年上半年工業生產呈恢復性增長態勢。上半年，工業增加值同比增長15.9%，增速較上年同期加快17.2個百分點；兩年平均增長7.0%，平均增速較2019年同期加快1個百分點，達2015年以來同期最高水平。

高技術制造業帶動投資結構進一步優化。上半年，高技術制造業投資同比增長29.7%，兩年平均增長17.1%，平均增速大幅超出制造業平均水平15.1個百分點，且較2019年同期加快6.7個百分點。其中，航空航天器及設備、計算機及辦公設備、醫療儀器設備及儀器儀表、電子及通信設備制造業投資上半年分別增長56.4%、47.5%、34.2%、29.9%。

The investment structure was further optimized driven by high-tech manufacturing. In the first half of the year, the investment in high-tech manufacturing industry increased by 29.7% year-on-year and 17.1% on average in two years. The average growth rate significantly exceeded the average level of manufacturing industry by 15.1 percentage points and increased by 6.7 percentage points compared with the same period in 2019. Among them, the investment in aerospace and equipment, computer and office equipment, medical equipment and instruments, electronic and communication equipment manufacturing increased by 56.4%, 47.5%, 34.2% and 29.9% respectively in the first half of the year.

全球經濟復蘇態勢良好。根據今年6月份世界銀行發布的年中《世界經濟展望》報告，2021年世界經濟將大幅增長5.6%，達到1933年以來最高經濟增速。另外，全球制造業PMI連續四個月保持在55%以上，處于近十年來的高位，預示全球經濟復蘇態勢進一步明朗。
